The clock is ticking. Yes, can you hear it?

Every second of every day the clock is ticking on the time that you have left in your life. With every tick of the clock your body is growing older, and that is putting more wear and tear on the body. There isn’t a way that you can stop the aging, but there is a way that you can care for your body and limit the damaging wear and tear that comes with aging.

Skin care is very important. The sun while providing energy to the Earth and also giving the body large supplies of vitamin D; however, too much exposure to the sun will lead to long term skin damage. This skin damage can lead to different forms of cancer, and sun damage can also lead to premature wrinkling. This wrinkling will lead to premature aging. The best way to avoid sun damage is by taking the precaution of using sun screen. Sun screen will block the harmful rays from the sun and protect the skin from premature aging.

Diet is also important to keeping your body young and healthy. There are many things that you can eat to prolong your life. One of the best things to manage is the fat content in your diet. Not all fats are bad; some actually help your body to be healthier. The fats that one wants to avoid are Trans fats. These types of fats are the ones that raise your cholesterol count and produce the belly fat that is tough to lose. Omega-3 fatty acids are an example of a good fat. Omega-3 fatty acids in studies have been shown to strengthen the cardiovascular system in the body, allow more oxygen into the blood stream, and it has been shown to slow the deterioration of brain matter as one ages. Omega-3 fatty acids are not naturally produced in the human body, and can only enter through digestion. The best sources of Omega-3 fatty acids are fish and organ meat. To get a consult supply of Omega-3 fatty acid one should think about taking a dietary supplement that contains fish oil. These dietary supplements are especially good because they allow you to have a constant supply of Omega-3 fatty acids over the course of many weeks, and it take the body a few weeks to absorb Omega-3 fatty acids into the muscle fibers of the body.

Most people are in a state of dehydration because they are not drinking enough water. Water is the most important liquid you can put in your body. Drinking enough water, and water alone—not diet soda, juice, and sports drinks, it will make you healthier, give you more energy, give you bright eyes, and a beautiful complexion. Water is what carries the important vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to your cells; it also flushes out toxins, and improves your circulation. All of these benefits naturally keep your skin young and glowing.
With all the talk about anti-aging, you can help your skin stay young and healthy by eating a proper diet and drinking water to stay hydrated.
